Legendary Pokemon

The Legendary Pokemon
Here are the Legendary Pokemon of the Kochi Region.  Each member
can only claim two of these pokemon, whether for two characters or
just one character.  Previous Legendaries are allowed as well, but
no more than a total of four legendary pokemon total.  However,
exceptions may be allowed if you can convince
me why you must have another legendary.

Mitistro
The Anteater Pokemon

This pokemon is the legendary pokemon of the Nemus Village. Extremely gentle and shy when not in danger, its strength is a surprise when it feels like it is in danger. Mitistro has very high defense, but lacking in attack power.

Dracinth
The Water Dragon Pokemon

Dracinth is a very protective sort of pokemon.  Many, many years ago a trainer caught Dracinth and the two became very good friends, though the trainer eventually released Dracinth back into the wild and retired in Resym Town.  Ever since then, Dracinth has been guarding the town and its people from any sort of invaders.  It has been known to travel faster than the speed of light when hunting down someone or something.  Dracinth, therefore, has really high Speed and Special Attack.

Tenebro
The Yin Yang Pokemon

The cause of Sidus City's eternal night, Tenebro can cause night to fall everywhere that it is at will, blocking out the sun with a mystical power.  However, Tenebro can to the opposite as well, turning a night into a day.  Tenebro, however, prefers the darkness.  Tenebro has high Special Attack and Speed.

Leoca
The Sabertooth Fire Pokemon

This is the pokemon that once caused the desert in Ligneus City, though now the desert is there forever.  It was a long time ago that Leoca lost its temper and burned all of the land around it, and made it the swirling hot desert it is today.  Leoca may be a pokemon, but feels bad for causing such a catastrophe and wishes to make up for its past wrongs.  Leoca lacks in the speed department, but has high attack and defense.

Volanis
The Tiger Flying Pokemon

This scrappy tiger is a very powerful flying type pokemon that shows up every fifty years in Excelsus Town where the people offer it a lot of food.  In return, the pokemon watches over the town and will protect it if the town is in danger.  Volanis has high Speed and Attack, but lacks in defense.

Prelane
The Flying Volcano Pokemon

This pokemon is not a very trusting pokemon at all.  Prelane stays away from people but will not hesitate to destroy those who live near his volcano if they show any signs of trying to hurt Prelane.  This pokemon has been hurt and betrayed in the past and is unlikely to trust anyone for a good long while.  Prelane has high attack and defense, but low hit points.

Cervosus
The Time Portal Pokemon

This pokemon roams the forest nearby Springboard Town.  Cervosus can open a portal to the past, however, once one enters the past they may never come back.  And those from the past cannot enter the future.  Cervosus can only open the portal at the oasis in south eastern part of the Koschi region.  Cervosus has extremely high hit points, but low defense.

Lychus
The Caretaker Pokemon

Not a fierce fighter when alone, but Lychus has an effect of raising another pokemon's power just by being in the party, and only when Lychus is around.  So even if Lychus is in its pokeball, the fighting pokemon gets a large power boost.  When in a double battle and Lychus is fighting alongside another pokemon, Lychus gets the moves and power of its partner.  Lychnus's attack depends on its fellow pokemon, but if alone, the attack is low, just as Lychus's defense is.  Lychnus is always quick though.

Nocellar
The Bright Light Pokemon

Holed up in a lighthouse, Nocellar shines brightly when night comes and not as much so during the day.  Really, Nocellar is the perfect pokemon to run a light house, for, if visibility is low, it shines brighter.  Nocellar fled to the lighthouse after the rest of his fellow species were killed by pokemon hunters (having poor night-time camoflage, the Nocellar were easily found at night).  Nocellar is very wary of humans and attacks them if they get too close.  A slow pokemon, Nocellar tends to have high attack and defense.
